Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Provider

This policy applies to subscriptions to the Vendrail service operated by Egységmester Kft. (2330 Dunaharaszti, Gyóni Géza köz 8, Hungary). Contact: hello@practicalapps.studio.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Vendrail subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends.

3. EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

However, by expressly requesting that the service begin immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. This applies under Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the service element and, to the extent the subscription is treated as supply of digital content/services not supplied on a tangible medium, under Art. 16(m) of the same Directive. This consent and acknowledgement are confirmed at checkout. If the service has not yet been fully performed, you may exercise withdrawal within the 14-day period and pay only for the portion of the service already supplied (Art. 14(3)).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) to hello@practicalapps.studio before the 14-day period expires.

4. Refunds outside the 14 days

After the 14-day cooling-off period (or if you waived it by starting the service), subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory applicable law. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, contact us at hello@practicalapps.studio and we will review your case.

5. Business customers (B2B)

If you purchase Vendrail in the course of a business, trade, or profession, the EU 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable mandatory law.

6. Service credits

If we fail to meet our published service availability commitments due to causes within our control, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits to your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

7. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout; Egységmester Kft. does not process card details directly. Processing times for refunds depend on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

Chargebacks: We ask that you contact us at hello@practicalapps.studio before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will cooperate to resolve any dispute promptly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of our reasonable costs.

8. How to request a refund

E-mail hello@practicalapps.studio with your account e-mail address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Hungary. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.
